About This Program
This program brings together the Lawrence Herbert School of Communication graduate journalism students with Uniondale High School journalism students. Hofstra students work one on one with the Uniondale students to teach them about journalism and mentor them as they produce articles for their student newspaper. It's a six-week program that weekly twice a week for 45 minutes each session.
